The beautiful month of May offers each of us the opportunity to reset fitness, nutrition, work, relationship, spiritual and other goals you want to attain! We are excited to help you reach your full potential.
Tomorrow we will start offering 9:30am in studio sessions along with our 7:30am, 10:30am, and 4:30am Live Virtual Sessions. This week we will start seeing clients 1-1 personal training sessions in studio and we will train 6 or less ladies in the studio for group Transformer and HIIT sessions. Our goal is to help you transform while keeping you healthy and safe.

PHASE 1:
We will offer sessions with 6 clients or less
Prior to working out with us, we will be asking all clients to fill out a brief questionnaire about their current health and take a body temperature
We will be following the CDC's social distancing guidelines in the studio
We will be following the CDC's sanitation guidelines in the studio
To allow for extra sanitation between sessions, workouts will be 45 minutes
Please bring your own towel to the studio
Trainers will be offering 30 or 55 minute 1-on-1 sessions or semi- private sessions. Please email us to set up your session.
