We are grateful to have LIVE Virtual Workouts via Zoom and now we are offering Online On-Demand Strength, HIIT, and Yoga sessions for you. We want our sessions to spark joy in your heart and revive your body.

Using your current package (or with the purchase of a Virtual Workout (discounted) package), you can sign up on MindBody or our TransFit app.

TransFit is a ministry and we want to serve you in any way, so if you need further assistance, please email Caroline directly.
We will be helping you transform via Zoom! The link for each Virtual Workout will be sent to your email 25 minutes prior to your session time. You can click on the link directly from a computer OR you can download the Zoom app on your phone. You can choose to only see the instructor or you can see and interact with the group. The choice is yours, but either way, you will still get a great TransFit workout from home!
**In order to receive the Zoom link for your Virtual Workout, please sign up at least 30 minutes in advance**
Please have water, a sweat towel, and weights nearby for all sessions!

5 Transformation Tips for A-P-R-I-L:
1. Allow God to take ACTION and believe that He can and will work in you in big ways! Ask Him to guide you to your goals! He is ABLE to accomplish all things.
2. Be in PRAYER. Plan your quiet time and lay it out the night before!
3. RENEW your goals. Rewrite your goals. Challenge yourself to set 2 specific goals for the month and set 1 goal for each day and tell someone!
4. IGNITE a spark in your exercise and workout with an online friend! Encourage a friend to join you in your exercise routine. Accountability is such an important part of living transformed!
5. Believe that God LOVES you! He sees you as a chosen daughter--You are enough and beloved!

Pina Colada Smoothie
Katie Woodall's Favorite Post-Workout Fuel
1 cup of pineapple juice (or frozen pineapples)
2 Tbsp coconut cream
2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup of spinach
1 serving of your favorite protein (Greek yogurt, VEGA vanilla protein powder, or collagen peptides)
Handful of ice
Blend until smooth - Enjoy and relax !
Grilled Tuna Steaks

"We love grilling or searing tuna steaks! Sometimes we pair it with a salad, and/or sweet potato “fries”! I also LOVE fresh tomatoes this time of year and toss them with some avocado, olive oil and a dash of kosher salt. So simple, but delicious!"... Kaeti RD
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups tomatoes cut into 1-inch pieces
2 large avocados peeled, pitted and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:Place the tomatoes and avocados in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture and gently toss to coat.
Make sure Grill or oven is hot, sear steaks 1-2 minutes o each side to seal juices. Then lower temperature to cook 8-10 more minutes.
