Eating a nutritious and balanced diet is imperative in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Diet accounts for 80% of weight loss but also contributes to feeling energized and alert. I also try to use substitutes in my meals to make the dishes more nutritious. My favorite ones to use are coconut oil, protein powder, flax seed, whole wheat flour, and Greek yogurt. One of my best cooking tips is add in one serving of organic ground flax seed to a meal at least once a day!
