This year so many of my clients and friends are running the AthHalf, which is a 13.1 mile race through Athens, Georgia. I've seen how hard some of you have been training and I'm so excited to hear about how everyone does! Good Luck!
For anyone that is interested in spectating, I've put the course map below. Even if you can only cheer for a little bit, it can make a huge difference to a runner who needs some encouragement. Some of the best spots for watching are downtown, Five Points (bonus you can grab a cup of coffee at Jittery Joes), and near the stadium. Anywhere with a purple music note will also be a fun place to watch since you can enjoy live music!
Good luck runners, walkers, and spectators! Get ready to put your training to good use and to have some fun in the process!
Let us run with endurance the race God has set before us! Hebrews 12:1
Blessings,
Caroline
