Micro Greens SuperFood Salad
Ingredients:
Salad
1 Pear (sliced thin)
4 oz mixed micro greens (Farmers Market or "Organic Girl" brand)
1/8 cup Chopped pistachios
1 oz Parmesan cheese
Dressing
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Combine micro greens, pistachios, parmesan, and pears.
Mix together dressing ingredients then drizzle over salad.
Toss and enjoy!
