You- RED HOT!
“I LOVE to sweat!” Who in their right minds would like the feeling of being covered in salty wetness while, at the same time, pushing one’s body to its limits in a workout? Some people think sweating is crazy. After a great training session, exercise class, or simply a run outdoors, you can feel accomplished but also just down-right amazing after an intense workout that will leave you drenched in sweat! And good news! Sweating is a sure sign of being in great physical shape! According to scientists, “the fitter you are, the sooner your body begins to sweat, so a person who’s in extremely good shape will produce more sweat that somebody who isn’t.”
Now are you ready to embrace one super-hot workout? Or why stop at one? Make each of your workouts intense enough to leave you drenched and still feeling strong! 2-3 High Intensity Interval Training Workouts per week can push your body to the next level of fitness. Not only do you burn more calories during a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, but the intense exertion kicks your body's repair cycle into hyper drive, meaning that you burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than you do after a normal paced exercise program.
This “red hot” HIIT workout is guaranteed to leave you sweating but also get you on track for to dream physique! If you need any more motivation, don’t hesitate to contact me about a Training Session or a TransFormer class.
